So, I had the best weekend ever. Friday, I left school at lunch to head over to wait in line for the Lamb of God, GWAR and Job For A Cowboy concert. The group of people I was with, Melissa, Cheryl and Devin, we were the first people there minus the one guy who was there since eight in the morning. We waited in line for about seven hours (which was worth it, by the way), and only a few other people showed up until about three hours before the concert started. Once more people started getting there, the excitement started to kick in. My friends and I went and stood right at the doors so that we'd be the first people in the building and no one could get in front of us. Even two hours before the concert started, everyone was shoving in line to try and get to the front. When it was time, they opened the doors, and obviously, we got in first. I went and bought my LoG shirt while security was searching the other people, and then ran up right to the front with my friends. First up was Job For A Cowboy, I'm not much of a fan, but they did pretty good. Then came GWAR, and honestly, they were AMAZING. If any of you ever get the chance to see GWAR, make sure you get front and center like we did. You'll get covered in fake blood and random blue/green liquids. I was DRENCHED, head to toe. It was so fucking sweet. My skin is still somewhat dyed green, but the other colors came out pretty easily. Then, the best part of the night. Lamb of God. Honestly, I didn't think they'd be very good. Was I ever wrong. It's honestly one of the best concerts I've ever been to. They played a lot of their old stuff, which made me really happy. Obviously, when they played Black Label, a wall of death started. Which was also extremely badass. I'd add more details, but I don't want this to get TOO long.
Then, yesterday, was the Halloween show. It was pretty awesome, if I do say so myself. Local bands such as Sigil, Chronoshift, Mayerthrope, Walk Amongst Ruins, Quickdrop and The Fallen played. It was obviously better than trick or treating. Which I didn't do. I was one of the only people actually dressed up for the show, though. Go, zombies!
Another thing I'm extremely pumped for, is seeing Slayer for the fourth time next Sunday. Along with Megadeth, Machine Head and Suicide Silence. Though, I'm not much of a fan of Suicide Silence, I have a feeling they'll be pretty badass live.

Also, the trip to Paris and Barcelona is still a go. And I'll also be traveling to Quebec City during March, and when I get around to it, I'm going to check to see if there will be any good bands playing in that area at that time. I'm so excited.
